If you want to make a simple website with basic content, you could check out one of the many build-it-yourself services out there. 1and1.com is one I can think of off the top of my head. You could also start a blogger or wordpress.com blog for free.
As far as content, you would have to write it yourself or pay someone to do it for you.

I tried wp but not managed to make more than galleries, upload pictures. Should i make wp site or html, what is difference? Which is more useful (easier to maintain after its maid)
All i got now is content and idea , so i guess this is going to be long run for me....

firstly than you for responding to my other post, an having time and patience for explaining me all stupid questions i ask.
I'we been doing some research about site i wanna make, got few offers, an as i am still student (engenering) and can't pay a lot for my site i figured out to try to make it myself... I used wp based site.used free theme , made some pages, put some content and basic grafics... and also added paypal subscription account on it... now comes tricky parts...but 1 question at the time
I am wondering how to connect that paypal account whit content, So that page whit content is only visible if you make a paymant on pay pal...? Is it possible on WP?
....

Do you really think that people will pay to read something on a new and just created website without authority at all???
I doubt that people are paying to read an article even on a established authority site...
Try another way to monetize your site, don't lose your time like this...

I also made paypal donation button, but i would like to make some sort of ''subscription area'' for one page, so if they wanna see that content they need to pay..

Keep the site simple. This is a great because you will not have to think about all the complications since you're a beginner. You dont want the users to get lost in the website.
Most Web development company are just doing so well if we get information about this great and web designing exciting field to be in.. Now, its fine software programmer. You also find us if you search Techblue Software then you will get a our online site. which is best web designer provider and here you will have access to more Information about Web developers to find out how they got started how they run their businesses. You should have to visit at least.
