Looking for a web scraper/Java Programmer who is expert in Websites Code

Is there any reason why you are looking for 'JAVA' programmers? I am pretty good in web scraping and been making a lot of scrapers for clients.

But 'JAVA' isnt the language that I use. I use PHP and it works well too you know
