Looking for a Web Deveoper...

I need a programmer for this project. There is no out of box solution that I can think of that will do what I need to do for this website project I have been working on.

I need someone to code the backend user panel so people can track how well they are doing. Also, need an admin area so that we can track/adjust/modify payouts.
