Looking for a web developer with credentials

Looking for a very good, very trustworthy, very TIMELY web developer.

Requirements:
-be located in the US
-have experience coding sites past the basic/beginner level
-be timely, trustworthy

I'm now looking to start several mid-sized projects and will need someone who does this for a living.

Got a couple great "ideas" for websites. We can do a flat fee or a revenue share, regardless--I'd like someone I can trust and work with in the long run.

Please be advised--I think it'd be better if I laid this on the table before I have to sift through hundreds of replies:

I do actually make money and I am looking to invest HEAVILY in my ideas. I want to avoid timewasting and get straight to the point--if you're about projects, progress and having fun and making money, let's do it.
