Looking for a Web Developer to work with

I am planning on building various link building sites to offer services using Senukex and many other programs.. I have many good domains to rank for them in which I will also pay for advertising. I also have all the resources ready, senukexcr license, GSA,scrapebox and many more programs.

I am looking for someone who can mainly help build good sites with automatic payments and client panels. The profit would be split 50/50.
