Hey everyone, thanks for the interest in this. I am looking for a web developer that is competent enough to build a website that is interactive, looks nice & modern, can notify users of events that happen in a number of different mediums, etc.

Obviously I am keeping my idea vague, but I feel that this has incredible potential, and I need someone to help me do it right. The site will have a free version, as well as a paid version with many more features, but I want to make it accessible to as many people as possible. With that said, I am willing to give you recurring commission and an upfront payment in a manner that we discuss and find suitable, depending on the terms of our agreement.

Well I have a question actually. You don't have to disclose your niche or any insight but what exactly are you looking for ?

Should this be a discussion board (forum) where everyone can access and then there are multiple level of premium user subscriptions ?

Or a e-commerce site where everyone can see but not one can touch until they pay ??
 
Well, it wouldn't be a forum or even a discussion board at all. It is a productivity application aimed at a professional audience. The product the idea is based around is already heavily used by just about everyone, but this is a significant twist with a key number of benefits. It's very hard to explain without disclosing my idea, but I hope this has helped a little bit. It would be a site you log in to and use to help you track and manage things you do daily much easier.
 
Sounds like a CRM? = Customer Relationship Management software. I'm building one now for my web development business. I have guys that can do it.

It is still in the works, I ran into a few major roadblocks, but I am working on getting it done. I'll definitely share more once I get further along :)
