Looking for a Web Developer [Ripping Sites/Setting up Fan Pages/]

Hi there I am looking for someone who can

- rip sites exactly in a niche I specify
- upload the site to a fresh domain
- create an email address for that site so that I can email customers with enquries for that site.
- create a company fan page for that site.

Person should be able to use cpanel hosting to create domains, mailboxes e.t.c. If you are the kind of person that can do this over and over again. I can pay you pretty well for your time. PM me don't reply here.
