Looking for a web developer for a football (soccer) stats website

I want to create a football (soccer) stats website, I have the ideas/visuals I want to show and most of the data that goes with it.

I need someone to make it into a website with the appropriate visuals coded, I do have example websites of what I want it to look like in terms of the stats to show etc which I can discuss through PM.

I am unsure on how much this would actually cost as I've been out of the freelancing scene for ages so I will let you guys come up with a reasonable cost/figure and timeframe but I do have a budget of about $500.
