Looking for a web designer to partner up with

I'm a skilled programmer, database designer, project manager and all that, but I'm not the best at making something visually pretty. Graphic design, logos and slicing PSDs simply isn't my thing.

So, I'm looking for a web/graphic designer who I can outsource to that can handle those areas that I'm lacking in. I'd like to find someone I can form a relationship with instead of trying to find a decent web designer every time I need some graphic work done for a new client.
