Looking for a web designer to bring my optimization database to the web

Over the past few weeks I have created a database which aggregates many niche items onto a database using mongodb. You will be working with an easy going, creative individual that is passionate about this project. The person will have to have knowledge of APIs ad the ability to parse response strings & build them onto a site.

Some other preferable qualities would be knowledge of:

PHP
Wordpress
Ruby
Clojure

But I'm open to anyone who may have ideas otherwise.

have had developers tell me this could take about 20 hours. some saying it could take 150-200 hours. can someone help?
