hmm... I have been recently thinking about trying gigs like these..

not really after $15/hour, but interested in experience of being a consultant/coach.

.. but I will have few requirements as well.. not interested in a person who can't invest at least $250-500/month in his business (not my fees/services - you have to have some muscle to support your online business).

OP I think it's better for you to pay a fixed fee instead of per hour. Better for both parties because it helps you estimate the budget clearly and also for the freelancer to know you are serious and not just pay one hour
