I'm looking for a designer that can design a high quality website.

the site needs to look fresh mordern web 2.0 feel, some slick graphics.

i've looked at few places and haven't found anyone yet.

the site that need's building is for a logo site, the only reason i'm not doing it myself is i have too much work on at the minute.

So the design and feel of the site needs to look quality, no templates or crap, pure design by hand.
