looking for a VPS for video editing

I buy used Dell Optiplex 7010's on Ebay for things like this rather than pay monthly fees for a slow VPS. It's an older I7, but it gets the job done.
Did you do the configuration yourself?

You can use AWS lambda for video rendering, and save the video on AWS S3. That's what I am doing with the service Rollideo (video generation with AI voices).

Cloud computing on AWS lambda has a consumption-based pricing model, it's really cheap.

I am not sure why you would be so reckless with your money. This entire idea is basically like lighting a hundred dollar bill to light your cigar with, then throwing the thing on the ground and stepping on it.

It would be so much easier to grab 2-4 old computers, install a batch video editor on them like VSDC, then set them and forget them. I am not sure why 5 hours is a big deal, I have never been in such a rush to have my videos done. But I crank out well over 400 videos a week, just by using 4 old computers. I paid about $50 bucks a piece, I have room for all the extra hard drives, video cards and RAM, which is reletively cheap and easy to get for older machines. I have so many videos done, that I dont, er cant, upload them fast enough. Then I'll forget about them because 400 new ones are done.

Generally, by the time I finish editing the batch of 30-60 videos on the 3rd or 4th computer, the 1st one is nearly complete, this process keeps me quite busy, and I have NEVER thought of using a VPS, wtf??? That, to me is a wild, and far fetched idea, just to squeeze a few hours out of it. Naw, i dont think I am going to be owning Boardwalk and worried about a few hours, when there are so many less expensive options that will out perform your VPS on a astronomical level and be far cheaper.

TBH, you would come out cheaper if you hired someone to do it for you, than to go the VPS route. They are not meant to be used in that fashion, either. An old computer would have so many more advantages than a remote one, even with awesome resources, it would not be able to top what you can do with a cheap custom 4th generation CPU.

Now Im no Gus Gorman, but I cant live without three keyboards in front of me, a few mouses, 8-9 screens surrounding me. Remote desktop all my units to the three in front of me. I'm just saying there are much better options, try not to have only one computer and two screens, that is for novices, if you have been on these things and consider yourself working not playing, then a serious upgrade to your home setup would be more efficient, than burning money on equipment that you just dont need. A VPS is awesome, dont get me wrong, but editing video on it is something I would never consider, use it for making money, not wasting money.

GPU rendering is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE - just save up for gaming PC, buy used parts.
