Are you still looking? I don't know what happened here a couple of days ago as I was not able to browse the website.

Anyway, I think you will find more qualified VAs if you post this on any freelance sites like Odesk, Elance or Staff.com. They have staff from all over the world, basically those low-rate-highly-skilled-VAs from India or the Philippines.
