Looking for a Virtual Assistant workforce of ~10

The workforce will be set daily tasks varying in length from 4-8 hours depending on your availability, all software will be provided on a decent VPS with good speed and all necessary training will be given free of charge. Must be able to hold a chat over skype in English and work your hours on a regular basis (I WILL BE CHECKING). I also have one last spot as a project manager who will oversee all the work, check the logs to see who is working who isn't, assign the work etc. etc. (High standard of Internet marketing knowledge required for this job)

Seeing varying applications some great some of you asking $20/hour with no experience. Please bear in mind that I can easily get trained va's for around $2.50/hour, unless your worth the extra cash, cheaper or applying for project manager then don't bother applying

If you can easily get trained VAs for $2.50 per hour and aren't willing to pay an honest wage, clarifying that in your OP would keep you from receiving those pesky inquiries from people who value their work and their time enough to refuse to work for virtually no money. And no, I'm not one of the ones who contacted you daring to list a reasonable wage instead of poverty level money.

I was simply trying to state for people to be reasonable with their wage rates. I would rather pay extra to help the bhw community, but at the same time I will not pay 10X the price for an untrained virtual assistant. I can understand where you are coming from, but can you understand from my perspective?

Not necessarily, i haven't contacted people yet just from looking through at peoples skills and pay rate.
Nobody will be hired until i remove my paypal limitation so i can spend my monkeys on you guys, Still places left people....
