Looking for a viral facebook app name .

Hello there, I have seen a lot of my friends allowing an app to post on their walls , the video they see in one page....
I think it may be something like appstico news app , but the difference on this one its that its a bit more spammy , basically u can't check the video or photo before allowing the app and then giving permission to post on wall....

if anyone has this , or know where to download or to buy please pm asap..
