looking for a Video sharing (CMS) site script? (not blackhat)

Hi all,

I want to create social video sharing site ? like youtube.


I?m looking for free CMS for this and found several (phpmotion, clipbucket and many more).


All these CMS require to have video converting scripts running on a server (ffmpeg, mencoder, and flvtool2) ? these are scripts that shared hosting don?t allow to execute.


I?m looking for a video sharing CMS which doesn;?t require these scripts.

Anyone can recommend?

how will you convert the videos? those are required to process the video. you need to read a bit more.
 
at first i convert manually, on my local pc. thats not the issue, i need to show a product, later i will enhance it. just looking for working scripts/CMS for now.

its a good point though.

BTW, i found a shared hosting that allows this: apthost
but still looking for other video CMSs.

If you dont want those tools that convert the videos, then how on earth are you going to have a video sharing CMS?
 
well video sharing in nice, but it depend on the type of video you want to share.
