I am unsure who is going to sell you their verified twitter, especially since once it is verified they can only have one. Unless you buy the website associated or something to that nature. If I am wrong aboutt his let me know.

Yeah noone's really gonna sell one. Even if you did buy one it's pointless, the handle has to stay the same or verification is gone
