Looking for a util to make life easier

I reply to many emails every day with same response, I dont want to use auto responder as use email for the things.

What im looking for is when right click to past is there any utils that store some text all the time, as im using cut past all the time that message is no longer there.

This does not sound like a big deal but would make life easier.

Any help would be great
