Looking for a US based Dev - Shopify Project

Whats going on BH fam, need some help, looking for a skilled dev who is familiar with Shopify and Liquid, to build out a page that I have in PSD & html. Wire frame is all done with content etc so this should be easy. I want to make sure this does not effect any other part of our Shop store so please know what you are doing. I have plenty of budget, speed and accuracy is key... Thanks
