Looking for a Twitter follower bot

What I am looking for is a twitter bot that will allow me to enter twitter usernames that I have scraped and put into a file and follow them. I have seen the bots that you enter a list of usernameassword then put your username in and get followers that way but that isn't what I am looking for. I want to follow real people in a certain niche. I have a few twitter accounts and would like to follow certain niches with each one. Each account already has some fake followers but I need to start following real people so they will follow me back.
So maybe a bot that I can enter my usernamesasswords for my accounts, then keyword or my scraped username list and auto follow them.
