Looking For A Twitter Bot That Can Do The Following

Hi, I'm in the market for a direct messaging bot for Twitter that can perform the following tasks:

1) Assigns proxies to individual Twitter Accounts
2) Can send a direct message to users with tweets that include a particular keyword or hashtag and URL.
3) Adds users that have already been contacted to a blacklist
4) Only messages users that are not on the blacklist
5) Can handle sending messages using spintax

If anyone knows of any reliable programs like this please let me know.

My experience is mostly with Instagram, but it seems like MassPlanner would be able to do all of that.

Thanks, I was actually just at their site a few minutes ago, but I didn't see anything about direct messaging. I'll send them an email, but if anyone can confirm this please let me know.

It looks like mass planner will work, thanks for the suggestion.
