Looking for a Tutor [Adsense]

Hi there, like the title says I am looking for a tutor who can possibly teach me all that's needed to know on how people make anywhere from $1-1000 month/day through creating sites and monetizing them. I want to learn as to the why things are done the way they are.

Also, have some personal expericnce and guide me through creating a site and monetizing it and stuff through google adsense.
