Looking for a trusted developer...

I didn't know where to post this so I'm sorry if this is the wrong place.

I'm in marketing, experience is in marketing (both online and offline), I've worked for multiple start-ups to good success. Decided to venture off and do stuff on my own, but I know VERY little in development. But I have the ideas, resources, and experience.

I am looking for someone who can do development work for me, this can either be hourly or per project (which is what I prefer). I've had bad luck on oDesk and the like so decided to find someone here.

I would also be interested in doing a JV, but we can discuss that.

if it helps - For one of the sites, I'm looking for a membership site that can use a database like aMember and a CMS like aWeber, Interspire (e-mail delivered) or Infusionsoft.
