As the title says, I am looking for a Top Notch, professional Web Designer.

I need a high class, professional .PSD modern web design (there will be a couple of pages needed)
An example will be provided so you will make an idea of what I really need.

You will need to have a really strong portfolio, preferably some past work done close to what I need.

I am also looking to develop a long term business partnership since more work is on its way.
