Looking for a tool

Im looking for a tool able to read my RSS subscriptions, get a part of the text of each news and publish It on a /wp website/social/telegram/whatsapp.
Does It exist?

I don't think there is one tool that can do all of these things at once. The easiest way is to import RSS feeds into your WP site using one of the many freeware plugins like WP RSS Aggregator, Feedzy RSS Feeds, WP-o-Matic etc, and then automatically publish the generated posts to social networks using special plugins like Social Media Auto Publish or similar.
