Looking for a tool to post twitts

I need a simple tool to post twitts. I have some twitter accounts and i like to post twitts from a csv sheet.
Ii don't need retwetter, i don't need followers creator just a simple poster.
I search a lot but it is very difficult to find anything else than retweeter and followers tools.
Please help if you know some tool.

Twidium Accounter can post tweets from .txt file. You can schedule how often to post. It also has retweets and replies fuctions, but you can just ignore them and do only Tweets posting project.

There's too many twitts posting already. Just sayin'...
 
What about just using HootSuite...it's something like $10 a month but lets you post from a multitude of accounts. It has some advanced features...maybe not enough?
 
use google, i dont know the exact name of the program. But there are some programs where you can do this. Also set a time and that kind of stuff
 
you can check out socialoomph.com and schedule the tweets in advance. It's a good option because you can target the tweets to send at prime Twitter hours.
