Looking For a Tool to Manage/Edit FB For Sale Group Posts

Is anyone aware of a tool that will allow me to edit Title/Price/Description and bump posts with a comment on a schedule? For example, if I have an item listed for sale in 20 Groups, and I want to change the price, currently I would have to visit each individual post to make the edits. Same for leaving a generic comment once a week (as per most group rules) to bump the post back to the top of the Group timeline. Being able to add/remove photos would be a plus. Something that would allow you to create and globally manage For Sale posts in multiple Groups in one location, I suppose. Does Ninja Blaster allow for this specific capability?
