Yeah the suggested tools are cool and work fine for this purpose. But why do you want to post the same message on all forums?

1. Your message will be detected as spam pretty fast
2. There is a great spam detection in XenoFor - Vbulletin you can spam to hell
3. You get banned pretty fast and your posts are removed anyway so...?

Only if you find Ghost forums this will make sense, and then again, Ghost forums are already spammed to hell so no SEO power to get from there!
