Looking for a tiktok expert

Hi! I have a small problem on TikTok... I'm trying to launch a Black Hat campaign to redirect users to a Telegram. Here's what I've done so far:

• Created a landing page
• Bought a TikTok pro account with some history
• Use only private browswer (google chrome)
• Created a pixel
• Connected the pixel to my landing page
• Tested the pixel with the QR code (it works)

However, when I try to launch my campaign, during the location optimization in the 'ads group name' section, I get the following message when selecting 'website':
'Finish data connection setup. No activity has been reported from this data connection. Check that the setup is complete and test events.'"

Do you know what to do ?
