If you are doing mass upload your only safe bet is a phone farm.
Any type of posting other than on a real device is pointless, any "bot" that does mass upload is going to get flagged. That strategy will not work.
TikTok detects everything, if you plan on getting quality targeted US views and have accounts that last more than a day you need to be posting from a real device with US sim.
There is not a bot like this that exists that will get quality traffic.
