Looking for a thread i can`t find anymore - Please help

The thread was called something like "turn images into art" and was about using photoshop (or sth similar) and it`s filters to create art out of stock images.

Been searching on BHW and google for about 30 min now, can`t find it.

Would really appreciate if somebody links it for me.
