I'm looking to make a small (5-10 page) website. I'm hopefully going to get leads from Craigslist and some other sites for contacting people who want to work. (This is offline, technician style work). I essentially just need a business/corporate template, but I need a nice sign-up form for a lot of information.

Eventually, it would be nice to give each freelancer his/her own account, but that's not important right now.

    Any suggestions?

I'm looking for a free or cracked theme, not services.

Themeforest is the best place to get the great themes.

I would suggest going to the downloads section here. There are a lot of great people giving away themes for everyone to freely use.
