I Initially did weekly content and it was a hit or miss situation. Some videos did well other bombed to this day.
Recently I experiment with content every other day and then daily content and found more consistent growth.
In comparison to my weekly videos the quality and length of the daily videos is less but making the daily videos induces more burnout.
Script writing, recording footage and editing everyday was stressful.

I was wondering if anyone has any advice on this.

Finding the right content cadence while avoiding burnout is definitely a balancing act. You can repurpose content from your longer, hit videos into shorter clips or snippets for daily uploads.

Just learn to stay focused, and pull your head above the water after you deep dive into your project for a while. You do need to do that, otherwise you don't make progress, but yeah. I found the results of my quality on youtube came from an adjustment in strategy (release more shorts in the build up to a long form release) which worked for me, and has left me not worrying about getting long videos definitely finished every week, when I get multiple shorts every week instead, and the long video after a few weeks. This works better for me I find, until I get more subs and monetized. Then I'll ramp up even more! lol

It sounds like you're on the right track! Experimenting with different upload frequencies and finding what works best for you and your audience is crucial. But to work on the burn out, find a middle ground like creating content using schedule, dedicate different days for different types of content, like a day to script writing, another to filming and editing. And then, repurpose your content and utilize shorter format. Schedule breaks, delegate tasks.
