Looking for a Strategy

Hi guys,

I need your ideas on what I should do.

I have this multi-niche website that is doing well. Currently, I have so many keywords on the first page but from position 5. Even more on page 2 while a number on the first 3 positions of Google.

I need a way I can push those on the first page up.

I have been told Web 2.0 will do the trick but my question is what should I target?

web 2.0 can work but why not try for some backlinks in high DA/PA websites?

does this still work in 2018 ? I thought the key points are Social media, number of visitors to a site and even more wich can't be controlled by just backlinks ?

I prefer to homepage and if you have good inner link structure, other pages will get impact. Also you can build some links to exactly inner page - to something you want get better position or get more traffic.

i think that homepage would be to rank da and individual page for PA

What you need now are good links from high DA websites. You can either get those from guest posting or via PBN. The links should be sent to the home page with majority of the anchor being either naked url or branded. If your website is properly setup (siloed), the juice should flow to other subpages.

Another thing you should do is to study the link profiles of the websites ranking above you and see if you can get something similar to the quality links they have. You can do that either with Ahrefs (https://ahrefs.com/) or Majestic (https://majestic.com/).

You also need to get quality social signal to the website

Lastly, you will need to improve on the user experience and dwell time on the site. One of the ways to do that is to embed related videos in most of the pages you have.

Since you have a multi-niche website with lots of keywords, target the homepage when making backlinks. As the authority of your homepage increases, inner pages will also increase in rank.

A good SEO strategy help blog to get good rankings and to improve the page authority and backlinks.

Web 2.0 will definitely work, but you should get some quality backlinks too from high authority sites.
