Looking for a strategy/method to try for automated whatsapp/telegram system

Hi

I'm Looking for a course for a strategy/method to try for automated whatsapp/telegram system. Currently I'm promoting AI software & really passionate about this space.
Ideally I would like to

• Somehow scrape very targeted prospect with a software someone can recommend
• Craft, have templates, or maybe have AI write the sales pitch message for mostly cold calling
• Then automate the messages being sent out
• Create a funnel or maybe just refer to my affiliate or my own products.
• Maybe have a email funnel also, but It' seem messaging has a way higher open rate.
