Looking for a solution for our Replica store.

Hi, We have a replica store in Italy and we have one main concern related to ads. Since our industry is not accepted by Google running ads comes across as extremely difficult. We have tested everything of course and nothing.
Some competitors are running ads and they have been running them for years so how do they do? I've seen people use tactics here and I would like to try someone and hire them for our store, if things go well we can launch more stores. That means more work for you.
We dont want to outdo our competitors, I know we won't be able to right away, but as long as we can run ads with peace in mind I am happy.
