Looking for a software "Bulk Picture Quote Generator"

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for some software that will take a few hundred quotes and a few hundred images and turn them into these kind of picture quotes http://www.pinterest.com/icufflinks/quotes/. It must be entirely automated, ie: click one button and out comes a hundreds or thousand picture quotes.

If anyone knows or tried a software that generate bulk text or quotes and image kindly post it up. Any help is much appreciated.
