Looking for a SMTP server tech support

Hi. We need someone who can do maintenance of mail servers with Interspire Email Marketer and PowerMTA. Maintenance will be on demand basis. Desired time for response is 24 hours.
Requirements:
Speak English
Preferably from India or Philippines (or that region)
Good Linux knowledge - Centos, Debian
Experience with SMTP servers, PowerMTA, postfix.
This can be a long term deal.
