Looking for a Skype, IM chat bot

I looked everywhere and could not find much out there as to what im looking for. I know tons of people use chat bots to find skype and yahoo IM members online and sends them a message, then tries to get them to a cam site or something. I have many adult sites and I really want to try this out. Can someone give me some advise as to who can develop something like this? Or if its already been created where can I buy it.
I'm willing to pay good money for a good working bot, so if someone can create this for me, let me know please.

Is skype spam still working in 2016 ?

If you do it with "brain" you can use myspace, skype, yahoo messenger, whatever you want, the idea would be to make it not look like spam, replying smart.
