I've got an idea for a really great software. I don't know how doable it is, but I think it's possible, at least in theory.

I'm willing to pay a few hundred for it. If you're interested, and you have the capability for creating desktop software which interacts with the Web, PM me and we'll talk.

Does implementation language matter? What platforms does it need to run on? Will it be web-based or a desktop app?
