Looking for a site flipping broker

Due to in need of some cash, I am thinking to flip my SEO services site.
I am looking for someone who good at site flipping. After fees, I willing to share 20% of what I get.

Not really a professional Flippa broker per-se (I didn't know that a service people wanted...) but I have sold one site for $17,500 back in July of 2010 and I just sold another one this month for $12,500.00. Those are my only two sales, but I'm familiar with the process and what companies look for when buying a site off of Flippa.

Are brokers something that many people need? Is it essentially just consulting on cleaning up the site to be sold, making the listing and communicating with the buyers? If you have a decent site making some money, I'm willing to do that job for 20% of the sale .

You can find broker sites so why not you try for that.

Sounds like a reasonable idea. Besides eliminating the pain point for sellers, a good broker could also justify their fee by fetching higher prices. Same reason you get an agent to sell your house.
