Looking for a simple affiliate site being built

Looking for an affiliate style site to be built on 2 websites (well 1 for now but then potentially just shifted over onto the other one )

They are not huge sites - around 5 pages (but with all affiliate content in frames)

Budget is currently erm X amount and just looking for quotes from people
