Looking for a service that offers quoted retweets

I'm looking for a service or something that offers retweets in the form of "RT: @blahblah: ....." rather than the twitter retweet function. I know Traffup used to offer that, but now uses the regular retweet method.

Can anyone please help guide me to a service, or website, that offers this?

I can do that but if you only have bulk order and for long period. I was have a gig that sell the old Twitter retweets at Fiverr and by only sell 1 gig I can reach the 2nd level at Fiverr and with no negative reviews. I can reactivate my gig if you want to see it and the reviews too.
