looking for a SEO freelancer

hey,
I run small online business, I provide audio services (online mixing and mastering). I have so far small income and cannot afford anything super serious, although with my minimal SEO knowledge I managed to get to first 5-10 with 3 main KW, and next 5 KW are in first 10-15.
Anyway, I am sound engineer not SEO specialist and I want to focus on my main job.
I have google webmaster account where I watch all 'movement' on my site since feb 2012. There's only about 30-60 people on average visiting my website. My business opponents have about 5times more visits (which I presume generate more income).
I also don't have much links, as so far I built them all by myself.
Hence I am looking for someone who helps me with this 2 - I want much more reliable links to my website (at the moment google shows around 150)
and also I want more visits, at least 100-150 average per day (an not bots, but real humans)
I am very happy to share some work with such a freelancer (she/he can advise me on some work and we can do it together - like writing articles - I will write them properly, and she/he will distribute them properly)
this is kind of relation I am looking for
I would like to have someone on month pension, doing this, mind you, I don't expect someone spending 8h per day working for me,
my website is niche, and I managed to get to top already (all by myself), all I need is someone to do the 2 thing above,
and make my website still (even slowly) but growing up!

I am resurrecting this thread after some time and money spent on useless services...
very disappointed so far, but I think maybe I should blame myself, trying to go 'cheaper', cause money were short...

Anyway I came to the conclusion, I want to pay someone reasonable good money for getting my website back into google's 10
