At the moment I plan to promote on twitter for my estores and was wonder what's a great rotating account/tweets program?

There's also the free service Socialoomph. I've never used it myself but it lets you schedule tweets for multiple accounts. They also have a paid version with a bunch more features, but if all you want is scheduling then the free version should do fine.

You can also use Tweet Deck, it allows you to schedule tweets now.
