Looking for a Revenue Share Mailer

I have a email list of around 2 million and i need a person who can blast of that much of emails over a period of 5 days on a revenue share basis. I don't mind if he is using GEAS/ Gmail Inferno / Or any other mailer as long as he is able to inbox them.

I will be providing you the ad copies of the emails. Detailed Stats will be provided on daily basis.

Revenue share will be 50/50.
