Looking for a reliable programmer

Don't know if I'd find anyone here but I'm looking to have a keyword density tool developed with some additional features that we will discuss later on Complete confidentiality will be required. It will be something similar to: http://tools.seobook.com/general/keyword-density/ but with a few additions as stated above.

I have two years experience in programing and i can work on wordpress, php, coginator, smarty php, javascript, CSS and HTML.

I have done this tool in asp.net.
