Looking For A Reddit Botting Expert

I'm looking for a freelancer who will assist me in setting up a Reddit bot that actually works well and is not recognized by Reddit as a bot (human like behaviour) on a VPS dedicated to this.

In order to stay below the radar and not jeopardize valuable and aged accounts I want the bot to behave in certain ways. For example slowly subscribing to many different subreddits and become more and more active in each of those and vote on many different posts and comment etc.

When the accounts have been aged sufficiently in each subreddit I want them to start pivoting certain posts, but ONLY by sorting by "New" and finding the relevant post from a particular user...and whenever that user posts it upvotes.

My budget is between 50$ and 300$ depending on what you can offer.
