Hi there. We own an recruitment company(run by my wife)

We mainly specialize in recruitment for the manufacturing industry.

I have 6 recruiters in my payroll.

Let me know what hiring this is and do you also pay a % on every closure. Who foots the bill for job postings.

If you are willing to do % on every successful hire we are interested.

We don't need a fixed payment as long you pay the industry standard of 8.33% on annual CTC for mid level hiring and 10% on senior hiring.

We are a recruitment agency with certifications and have inhouse psychometric assesment tests to screen successfull hires.
